Mobile Parts

• At Keep Fingers, we strive to completely satisfy all of our clients. The item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it if there is any manufacturing defect with it, and you have two days to get it replaced. Additionally, it must be in its original packing.
• Please get in touch with our after-sales care staff and offer your order information to start a return. We’ll walk you through the return procedure and give you details on how to send the product back to us. Please be aware that the consumer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
• We will examine the returned item once we get it and let you know whether your replacement has been shipped. We will start a dispatch to your address if the item qualifies for a replacement. It can take up to 6 business days for the replacement.
• Please be aware that some products, including perishables, fragile items, charging ports, and small mobile parts, are not eligible for replacement. Additionally, you might not be able to get a refund on things that are broken or aren’t in their original condition. If a return does not adhere to our policy standards, we reserve the right to reject it.

Note: We would like to make it clear that we are not liable for any orders placed by customers that turn out to be inaccurate. If a vendor agrees to accept a return of such an order, the business will deduct a handling fee of 20% of the net product cost. Please be aware that our terms and conditions apply to this deduction. Before placing their orders, clients should carefully review them to make sure that all the facts are exact and correct.
