Warranty & Delivery

  • At Keep Fingers, we strive to completely satisfy all of our clients. The item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it if there is any manufacturing defect with it, and you have two days to get it replaced. Additionally, it must be in its original packing.
  • Please get in touch with our after-sales care staff and offer your order information to start a return. We’ll walk you through the return procedure and give you details on how to send the product back to us. Please be aware that the consumer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
  • We will examine the returned item once we get it and let you know whether your replacement has been shipped. We will start a dispatch to your address if the item qualifies for a replacement. It can take up to 6 business days for the replacement.
